Return Policy (No Refunds)
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if they meet our conditions.
To be considered for an exchange or store credit, items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn or unused, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
